Gadd, Tibble & Associates, Inc. provides comprehensive services in real estate valuation, counseling and appraising. In addition, our working association with both business appraisers and machinery & equipment appraisers gives us the ability to appraise both the tangible (real estate, machinery and equipment) and intangible assets of a business enterprise.

Roger F. Tibble, MAI is the principal of the firm. He is experienced in the valuation of commercial, industrial, residential and special purpose properties. As a result he can advise clients on a wide range of real estate issues. The MAI designation signifies that Mr. Tibble has completed the Appraisal Institute's rigorous education, experience, examinations, and demonstration appraisal report requirements.

The firm's practice consistently involves solving complicated valuation puzzles. From rocket testing facilities to multi-property assignments; from racetracks to radio tower/antennas, no property is "too unique" for Gadd, Tibble & Associates. The firm focuses on those complex or complicated assignments that involve special purpose, single-use, unique properties or legal issues. Located in the center of the United States near Chicago, Illinois, Gadd, Tibble & Associates serves clients throughout the country.

In addition to the firm's outstanding field work, Gadd, Tibble & Associates' research and reports are all directed by the firm's principal to ensure the highest quality in the final product. The firm's reports and provided services conform fully to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and to the higher standards set by the Appraisal Institute and the American Society of Appraisers. Additionally, the firm has continually conformed to other supplemental standards as established by individual clients such as lenders, state and federal governmental agencies and FIRREA.

Unlike the typical appraisal firm, Gadd, Tibble & Associates does not pass projects off to junior staff. Each project consists of a hands-on approach by its' experienced principal. This results in each and every assignment having the benefit of the principal's seasoned judgment based upon nearly 40 years of practice through many economic cycles.

Finally, even though John L. Gadd, FASA, (One of the founders of Gadd, Tibble & Associates) is retired, he still consults with the firm on those selective and more complex assignments. He provides Gadd, Tibble & Associates' clients with additional insight based on his 50 years of appraisal experience.
